Seasonal Central Air Conditioning Maintenance Contract
The “seasonal service contract” for residential central air conditioning service runs from 5/1 thru 9/1 at a cost of $159 for a one-system (compressor) house and $249 for a two-compressor house. Once the contract is signed and the contract fee paid, we schedule a visit to the home to inspect the system and get it in peak operating condition. Assuming the initial visit is “standard,” any subsequent problems are “covered” per the contract: there are no additional fees due throughout the covered period even if we need to revisit the home for a problem. If there is a failure caused by a non-covered issue, we would then either repair the problem on the spot for a fee or provide an estimate for future repair.
